Maintenance

Cleaning, lubrication, post injection corrosion protection and minimal adjustment; they are offered free of charge for the molds consigned to our company. Corrective maintenance, modifications and major adjustments are the responsibility of our clients under recommendations for improvement.

Validation

Validation and release of tooling and first parts. Setup, aesthetic, dimensional and functional FPA to guarantee quality from the start; recommendations for improvement in the face of deviations.

Assistance

Assistance to projects. Your project interests us as a business with a Win - Win philosophy ... You have designed it and are looking for support to develop it; with us you will find practical solutions backed by great experience.

Assemblies

Assemblies and subassemblies. We plan, implement and execute assemblies according to your needs, covering your required quality specifications.

Warehouses and Logistics

At BETPLAS S. de R.L M.I we have finished product warehouses with the necessary spaces and conditions for proper logistics and storage. Packaging, carts and containers required for the preservation of the product. Handling equipment and elevators to move and transfer the product between levels and spaces for shipment. We also have the logistics to attend and provide product transfer support to our customers. It has a capacity of 5 trucks of 3 ½ tons, 6.20m long and 2.50m wide. Completely closed to guarantee the quality of your products.

Consignment

In order to improve support in timely deliveries and the cash flow of our Clients, since 2018 Betplas offers consignment storage.
